- Somatic Reset (2 min): square-breathing + shoulder roll.
- Cognitive Reframe (3 min): Write one classroom win, however small, to prime a growth lens.
- Boundary Preview (30 sec): State tomorrow’s “stop work” time aloud and calendar it.
